Gold Coast Suns (GCFC) new name and new uniform!
So I figure I would get in early on this one. Apparently the Gold Coast AFL team or GCFC as they like to be called, are releasing their official nickname today! I am pretty confused as I would assume that when establishing a sports team you would already have a nickname or mascot in mind. Obviously they realised that GCFC was a terrible name and quite frankly without a nickname or mascot they wouldn’t have any legitimate merchandise to sell. AFL is awesome….
Seeing as Australian teams just copy US names and the GCFC have to compete with the Titans, apparently they are going to be called the SUNS. As a lover of all things NBA, I have designed the latest jerseys for them. To be honest, I bet that it’s going to be pretty similar to what they actually use!

I know I’m a bit late to the whole Epic Beard Man saga, but the girl in the video has me completely intrigued! Her name is Amber Lamps (Not really) and there is little to no information about her on the Internets!
She seems to be pretty cool and has awesome purple stockings! Alot of people are saying that she has powers of 9000 and she doesn’t care about the affairs of mere mortals. I guess the eternal question of..’what’s cooler than being cool?!’ is not ‘ice cold’ as we first thought. It’s Amber Lamps!!

Well it’s been a long week and I have found myself longing for more completely pointless websites to add to my terrible collection! So I present to you my latest efforts….But Not Phil Collins Good! Last week we decided that Phil Collins was the best thing ever and quite frankly everything pales in comparison to him. So as a result, I thought it fit to create a site dedicated to comparing things to Phil Collins. A foolish idea…probably, but an idea nonetheless!! So this has become my place to post crap when I am bored. The stimulus package has done it’s stimulating and there is zero stimulation left. I have well and truly spent my money, and well am looking for my next way to earn free cash!!! If anyone has any ideas!?! Let me know.
I should probably be doing work today but have been obsessed with Mystery Google. You type in a search, and you get the results for the last person’s search. I decided (amongst many hilarious things such as ‘Is it weird that I feel like a woman, but only in my arms and legs?’) to type in how many rofls could a roflcopter cop if a roflcopter could cop rofls? Then I thought to myself…that IS genius. So I thought I would share it with the world!
Also, I really wish I had thought of this new-ish website- Imaginary word of the day! It is absofruitely amazing and had me laughing HARD. Esp after a long day and 5 cans of dr pepper.
I guess I may make this site all about stimulation, but not of the monetary kind, just internetz stimulation. Seeing as everyone has their money… I thought it be great idea if people let me know/send me a picture of what they blew their money on. I bought a digital camera. I know I know, after all the talk of stimulus and mentos and flux capacitors…I buy a lame camera. Even thinking about it now make me sick to the stomach, or it could possibly be the endless supply of chocolate covered potato chips I bought with the remaining $653. So I give you what I purchased…a canon ixus 80 and the most ridiculous photos I could find of them. Also, real people from documentaries/newspapers have emailed me asking about interesting things people spent their money, so if you have one….or have made pho7o5h0p skillz, do the right thing.
